Senior Corporate and Business Development Associate
Portland, OR

Bring your Investment Management and Business Development skills to the following strategic role in which you will:

  • Identify, implement and manage strategic growth initiatives for The Regence Group
  • Participate in all aspects of the acquisition and venture process from deal / relationship sourcing through transaction management and acquisition integration
  • Oversee the development of internally incubated business, joint-ventures, shared service arrangements, and strategic divestitures

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior professional experience in investment management, equity research, venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or strategic consulting.
  • Health insurance industry experience
  • MBA or a combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial modeling
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative, team oriented environment
  • Strong and broad computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
